In the unlikely event of a product failure or missing part:

Please contact The Reinholt Group (KIPOR) directly on 03 443 8276.

It is important a copy of the Mitre 10 / MEGA claim form is faxed to 03 443 8955 if Reinholt Group agree to credit the product.

Reinholt Group will advise if the product is to be repaired or replaced, and issue the store with an approval number, after receiving M10's faxed claim form.

Reinholt will advise where the product should be sent for repair, and issue a Job number to the repair agent.
